I'll work with you to develop a personalized yoga experience for your gathering or special event, be it a birthday party, study group, anniversary, team building program, reunion, or meet up with special friends.  Props are available for use during class. The experience can take place at your home, office, school, area park, or at a rented studio space and no previous yoga experience is necessary. Specially themed sessions can include wisdom cards, setting intentions, meditation, breathwork, and energy balancing (crystals, chakras, bandhas, mudras, mantras, ethereal oils), along with yoga poses or flows.
